Meditation at Futoshki Park

Meditation in the shade of trees at Futoshki Park on Saturday, 1 August, at 10:00. Participants will breathe, discover themselves, and stop the stream of thoughts. The practice lasts 20–25 minutes; afterwards there is Chinese tea and chatting. It suits any level of experience and is adapted for beginners and continuing practitioners.
