An autumn mountain route in Komovi, Montenegro, from 2 to 4 October, held only once a year and coinciding with the last month of visa-free entry for Russians. Komovi are legendary mountains whose name, according to legend, comes from the Illyrian 'kom', meaning 'peak'; three main peaks rise above the surrounding expanses and offer breathtaking views. We will climb Vasojevički (or Božečki) Kom (2461 m), and on another day set off to Međukomlje, the trail between the peaks. In October the mountains blaze with autumn colours, and the air becomes especially clear and crystal-like, filled with pine essential oils. We will stay in the very heart of an ethno-village at 1,800 metres, with views starting right from the houses; waking among the mountains when it is still twilight outside and the first rays already touch the peaks. Difficulty: medium-high — there will be no technically difficult obstacles, but there will be long ascents and descents, so physical fitness is needed, as well as good footwear. Guide: Dragan. Escort: @detigood. Cost: 300e. Prepayment: 70e or 8000 din. After registration, Vladimir @detigood will send you details on how to pay the prepayment in a private message. Registration in the comments, details and registration via the link, booking in the announcement; 3 spots left.
