DANI GLJIVA Mushroom Festival in Divčibare

The DANI GLJIVA mushroom festival takes place on 10 October in Divčibare, a mountain resort in Serbia two hours from Belgrade, with clean mountain air and pristine nature: mountains, meadows and coniferous forests. The festival is held here every year as a family celebration, interesting for both children and adults. The programme includes walks in Divčibare to the viewpoints Crni Vrh and Ljuti Krš for those who wish, an “In Search of Mushrooms” walk accompanied by expert guides, exhibitions of mushrooms, children's drawings and photographs, a ride on a mushroom cart to the Royal Table, dances in nature for children and adults, archery for children and log-sawing competitions, mushroom stew (porcini, chanterelles, rujnica) and an adventure park with zipline descents, activities on suspension bridges and panoramic cable car rides.
