Underground Belgrade

A Russian-language tour of the underground sights of the Belgrade Fortress. Starts on 18 July at 10:30, meeting in front of the library. Visit the Roman Well, a Cold War bunker (from the time of President Tito), a powder magazine containing a Roman lapidary and a collection of Roman artifacts. Ends with a wine tasting in a cellar. The tour lasts about 2.5 hours and finishes near Branko's Bridge (on the Old City side). Admission is free. Bring a hat, sunglasses, water, and comfortable shoes.
