Tasting “Oranges and wines under flor. Volos winery”: Sauvignon Blanc 2024 orange (spontaneous fermentation, 28 days of maceration), two Sauvignon Blanc 2022 under flor with apple and nut notes, Riesling 2021, a winemaker’s surprise wine and Volos Nature rakija; Serbian roast pork with horseradish. The winemaker will be there all evening, and wines can be bought at winery prices.
