Djerdap Gorge, Golubac, Ram Fortress (Danube river cruise)

Route: Golubac Fortress, 14th century — a medieval pearl of Serbia on the Danube. Djerdap Gorge — drive by car through one of the most beautiful places in Serbia to the pier (1 hour one way). Boat cruise on the Danube through the picturesque gorges of Djerdap — Veliki and Mali Kazan. In 1.5 hours you will see famous landmarks of the Djerdap Gorge: the Decebalus sculpture carved into the rock, Mraconia Monastery, Trajan's Tabula, and Hajdučka Watermill. Ram Fortress, 15th century — Sultan Bayazet built a powerful artillery fort on the remains of a Roman fortress. Near the fortress — Caravanserai (remains of walls).
