Lords of Homolje

One-day trip to Homolje: visit the 14th-century cave Monastery of the Annunciation carved into the cliff, hike to Veliki Vukan (about 4–5 hours, ~9 km, ~600 m elevation gain, 360° panorama over the gorge and Mlava River), visit the active Gornjak Monastery with its cave chapel, and enjoy a traditional Homolje lunch.
