Autumn Prokletije in Dolina Grebaje

Autumn Prokletije, Montenegro, 9–11 October 2026. Three days among peaks on the border of Montenegro and Albania, also called the North Albanian Alps. We will see picturesque landscapes and feel the autumn coolness of the mountains; the colors of this autumn in the mountains are unpredictable and can surprise. We will visit the Dolina Grebaje valley with postcard views of ridges and rocks, golden slopes, mountain air and a feeling of being inside a postcard; we will climb several peaks on the Albanian border and walk through the valleys, where there is also something to see. The difficulty is high: there are no technically difficult sections, but there will be long ascents and descents totaling up to 1100 m; good footwear and confident physical fitness are required. We stay in warm houses with all conveniences right in the valley, surrounded by mountains, so we will see both morning and evening mountains.
