Culinary masterclass and lecture 'Cuisine of Southern Serbia'

A culinary masterclass and lecture 'Cuisine of Southern Serbia' will take place on September 20 at 18:00 in Belgrade at Braće Krsmanović 5. Katarina, a local guide, will talk about the special features of southern Serbian cuisine, and guests will taste Pirotski kačkavalj, Peglana kobasica, Džubek cheese and ajvar. Under chef Vladislav's guidance, participants will cook moravska salata, leskovačka mučkalica and cherry pita. The price of 6,000 dinars includes dinner and non-alcoholic drinks; the event lasts from 18:00 to 21:00. Advance booking via the listed contacts is required.
